Gorgeous  The only thing I don't understand about this painting is why it seems a little cut off on the left or am not seeing things right? The rest is perfect :D

You're right it is. When I framed it, it came to the edge. Out of the frame, it does look a bit odd.
:iconkyntio:
*lol* I did actually guess it might be because you had it in a frame. That's where real paintings usually are, hehe. I should really get out my brushes again some time, painting on the computer is just so much less messy :D

Yeh, I love computer work, but sometimes it just has to be getting your hands in and dirty if you know what I mean. There's no substitute for feeling the stuff going on the surface. When a tactile experience can be re created on the computer, I will probably never paint traditionally again!

Well and I love traditional drawing/painting too although I've never touched oil painting yet, more water colors and pencils. The reason I started doing digital art is because my last flat was so tiny that everytime I started painting, it would be a terrible mess for weeks :p , I just didn't really have the room to do it in.

Digital painting to me was just less messy, cheaper as I already had the tools and much faster and easier to put online and share with people but sometimes I do miss getting my fingers dirty. If I ever get myself a big flat with a spare room or a house even, I'll definitely start painting again *lol*

Traditional art also looks much nicer on a wall than a printout of a digital drawing ;)

Yeh. You can never get the colours like they are on screen. I love what you can do though and your Farscape stuff has a wonderful other world quality.
Hehe. I s'pose it would be other worldly really as it mostly IS!!

wooow... I saw this and I was all like, "are you serious?! That is totally not a painting! It HAS to be a photo that got put in the wrong place..." But then it was. It's very realistic!

Thank you. I go for photorealism (obviously!) I'm glad you like it.
Thanks for the watch and friend.
